alarm function
when the following situations occur , the controller will send out an audible and visual alarm signal:
a) When the measured gas concentration exceeds the set first-level (A1 low alarm) alarm value or second-level (A2 high alarm) alarm value, the buzzer will emit continuous beeping sound, the concentration alarm indicator light is on, and the public relay is closed;
b) When the controller is connected to the gas detector line, there is a failure, such as: no signal output, transmission line disconnection, transmission line short circuit, and gas detector signal output exceeding the measurement range. The buzzer will beep continuously, and at the same time, the fault alarm indicator light will be on, and the public relay will be closed;
c) When the main power is cut off and the controller is powered by the backup power, the buzzer will beep for a short time, when the voltage of the backup power is insufficient , the buzzer will beep continuously.
Self-inspection function Self-inspection
when starting up, the controller automatically checks the functions of the indicator lights and buzzers on its panel. The instrument self-test menu can also perform functional self-test on the status indicator, buzzer and relay.
The data recording function
can directly query historical data records and real-time curves through the menu, and can customize the data saving interval. When the gas concentration of a certain channel exceeds the set alarm value, the alarm channel number, alarm concentration value and alarm time will be automatically recorded.
Parameter setting function
The working parameters of the controller can be viewed and modified at any time, including the current date/time, measurement range, resolution, alarm values at all levels, channel shielding, installation location, etc.
Main and backup power automatic switching function
When the main power supply of the controller is cut off, it can automatically switch to the backup power supply; when the main power supply is restored, it can automatically switch to the main power supply; the working status of the main and backup power supplies is indicated by an indicator light. When the main power supply is working, it can charge the backup power supply at the same time, and it will automatically turn to the floating charge state after the backup power is fully charged.
Alarm output control function
The controller has 2 public alarm output relays and 8 programmable alarm output relays. Equipment for controlling fire-fighting equipment, ventilation equipment, alarm equipment or other purposes. .
Current Calibration Function

The controller can calibrate the input current signals of 4mA, 12mA and 20mA to ensure timely synchronization of signals.
