Combustible gas detector is also called combustible gas detector/alarm/alarm. Combustible gas detector generally adopts catalytic combustion sensor, which has high sensitivity and fast response time, and can accurately and effectively detect and send out warning signals to remind operators to avoid accidents. Combustible gas detector has been widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, coking, metallurgy, gas, gas, pharmaceutical, municipal, sewage treatment and other fields, and has become an indispensable protective equipment in the process of industrial safety production. Combustible gas detector is a detector that responds to single or multiple combustible gas concentrations. It is divided into catalytic type and infrared optical type. Catalytic combustible gas detector measures the concentration of combustible gas through the resistance change of refractory platinum wire after heating. When the combustible gas enters the detector, it will cause oxidation reaction (flameless combustion) on the surface of the platinum wire. The heat generated will increase the temperature of the platinum wire, and the resistivity of the platinum wire will change. The infrared optical type is to detect the alkane combustible gas in the field environment through the absorption principle of the infrared light source through the infrared sensor.
This product has the characteristics of high stability, high accuracy and high intelligence. It is suitable for places where combustible gases exist, and real-time display the concentration value of combustible gases. When the concentration of combustible gas on the site exceeds the set alarm value, the detector outputs a switch signal, which can be linked with external equipment, such as audible and visual alarm, open exhaust, close valve, etc.
