2、The judgment of artificial gas detector shall meet the following requirements:
1. The determination of carbon monoxide detector shall meet the following requirements:
(1) When the difference between the action value of the detector and the alarm setting value marked on the nameplate does not exceed ± 160 × 10 is qualified when it is negative to the sixth power;
(2) When the difference between the action value of the detector and the alarm setting value marked on the nameplate exceeds ± 160 × 10 to the negative sixth power, but at 50 × 10 negative sixth power - 300 × 10 Within the range of minus sixth power;
(3) When the action value of the detector exceeds the requirements of the preceding paragraph, it is considered as unqualified;
(4) For detectors with low and high limit alarms, set low and high limit alarms as required and inspect them respectively; The identification of low limit alarm shall be carried out according to paragraphs 1-3 of this article; When the action value of the upper limit detector is 400 × 100 negative sixth power - 600 × 10. It is qualified when the power is negative to the sixth power, and it is not qualified when the power exceeds the power;
(5) The audible and visual alarm and linkage function shall meet the requirements of the product manual.
2. The judgment of hydrogen detector shall meet the following requirements:
(1) When the difference between the action value of the detector and the alarm setting value marked on the nameplate does not exceed ± 400 × 10 is qualified when it is negative to the sixth power;
(2) When the difference between the action value of the detector and the alarm setting value marked on the nameplate exceeds ± 400 × 10 to the sixth power, but still at 125 × 10 Negative sixth power - 750 × 10 Within the range of minus sixth power;
(3) When the action value of the detector exceeds the requirements of the preceding paragraph, it is considered as unqualified;
(4) For detectors with low and high limit alarms, low and high limit alarms shall be set and inspected respectively; The identification of low limit alarm shall be carried out according to paragraphs 1-3 of this article; When the upper limit alarm action value is 1000 × 10 negative sixth power - 1500 × 10. It is qualified when the power is negative to the sixth power, and it is not qualified when the power exceeds the power;

(5) The audible and visual alarm and linkage function shall meet the requirements of the product manual.

3、 The detector with concentration display shall meet the following requirements:
1. The absolute error of each point indication shall not exceed ± 10%;
2. Only two points exceed ± 10%, but no more than ± 15% shall prevail;

3. Others are unqualified.

4、 The judgment of incomplete combustion detector shall meet the following requirements:
1. It is qualified if it meets the following requirements, otherwise it is unqualified:
(1) When carbon monoxide gas with concentration of 0.050% - 0.055% is tested, alarm will be given within 5min;
(2) When carbon monoxide gas with concentration of 0.0025% - 0.0030% is tested, no alarm will be given within 5min.

2. The audible and visual alarm function and linkage function shall meet the requirements of the alarm instructions.

5、 The processing of inspection results of bulk commodities shall meet the following requirements:
1. Detectors of the same brand and put into use at the same time in the same building (or buildings put into use at the same time) can be listed in one batch;
2. When there are no unqualified products in a batch, the batch can be used continuously until the expiry date;
3. When the unqualified detector in a batch of commodities is less than 30% of the batch, it can be used continuously in batches until the expiry date after being replaced and inspected as qualified;
4. When the number of unqualified detectors in a batch exceeds 30% of the batch, they should be replaced in batches.
